Semenjak dua menjak nih, selalu je tido awl. Tapi ntah kenape mlm2 cpt jugak ngantok. hesy..pdhal siang dah tdo! Selalu je psg niat, "tonight nak study..tido lambat naz!!"..aleh2, belom kol 1 pagi dah lena dibuai mimpi! adehhh. camner nih..exam dah dkt. silibus pon x abes cover lagi! ohh tidakkk.
Pegi claz RM td..Ya Allah..punye la mengantok. Ape yg Prof. ckp kt dpn, langsung x masuk. Ibarat masuk telinga kanan, kuar telinga kiri. X bley fokus! Asek menguap je! gomen prof..
Harap2 la pasnih biological clock nih okehh balik. (=_=)

Lame x update blog, berhabuk sudah. =p . Kite mulekan dgn cite Raye. heheh. Tahun ni sambut raye kt Kelantan. Agak lame la xblk sane sbb sblm2 ni sambut kt KL je. Bile blk harituh, rase lain..byk perubahan dah berlaku. In terms of the surrounding, the peoples etc. Tp satu je yg xpnah berubah, kalau nak masuk keluar town mesti jem!! Dari dulu sampai skrg same je. Harap2 la bila dah siap lg satu jambatan tuh nanti, keadaan akan berubah.
Ckp pasal makanan, kalau blk Kelantan, nasi dagang, nasi kerabu, & nasi berlauk sudah menjadi satu kemestian. Haa x lupe ngan akok ngan ketupat pulut hitam. Sumer ni dah jadi menu wajib. Tapi di sbbkan blk time bulan pose, sumer makanan nih susah gle nak cari! Byk penjual cuti, gare2 nak raye. Kecewa owhhhh. Melepas nak makan Makcik Yeah nye nasi berlauk ngan nasi kerabu. Dia punye masakan..terbaikkkk. Sedap gle. Tp de pon cuti, mmg xde rezeki seyh!
Raye kali ni biase2 je. Duit raye pon x byk mane. Sambut simple2 je. Raye kedua tuh dah bertolak blk KL, blk naik bas. Sampai kt Hentian Duta tuh kol 5 pagi, jalan kaki pg stesen lrt..skali xbukak lagi. hadoiii. Terpakse tunggu dkt 45 minit, baru la stesen tuh bukak. Bg sape yg x tau lg, waktu bermulenye operasi lrt kol 6 pagi okehh. Ohh lupe nak ckp, sepanjang dlm bus tuh mmg langsung x tdo..Bukan x nak tdo, tp x bley tdo! Air con dia..Ya Allah..sejuk tahap dewa! Dah pakai sweater + selimut pon bley menggigil lagi! Mmg x selesa langsung la. Dah la siang tuh x tdo, time dlm bus pon x tdo. Bile sampai rumah tuh, tido dlm 2 jam je. Then pg Shah Alam, amek barang sambil bersih2 kan cket rumah sewa tuh. Mlm tuh pon ade keje cket, kol 10 baru tdo. Bile kire2 blk harituh, in the last 37 hours, I only slept for 2 hours. (+.+!) I was like a walking zombie!
Then, semalam pg beraye kt rumah Rad. So dpt la berkumpul ramai2. Me, Rad, Fared, Reyas, Yazid, & Zahid. 6 org..Acap xde. Still kat PD beraye. hesy. Mcm biase la, kalo pg rumah Rad mesti kne pakse mkn byk2. haha. Kenyang gle. Bak kate Rad, dah lebih dari capacity. hoho. Kudos to his mom for the delicious nasi lemak. Thank you makcik =) .Lepas mkn, proceed pg Pyramid lak. Sampai je, troz pg main boling. Bile tgk rate dia, terkejut kejap. RM 8.00 per game. Mahal owhh. Patot raye2 ni bg la diskaun, ni takk, lagi mahal dari biase! Ape laa. So instead of that, ktorg decide utk main ikot jam. 1 hour = RM 48.00. Same je sebenarnye, kalau per game 6 org x RM 8 = RM 48 gakk. Tp kalau ikot jam, bley main lame cket. Kelakar sgt time main tuh. Sakit perut gelak lagi2 ble teringat “insiden” yg melibatkan Reyas. hakhak. Seb baik xde yg mati wooo. wahaha xD
Lepas main boling tuh ingatkan nak pg tgk wayang, tp line nak beli tiket tuh panjang gle. X sanggop nak beratur. Terpakse la cancel. So, pg la arcade kejap layan Daytona due round. heheh. Tgk mase byk lagi, so cadang nak main ice skatting. Again, ramaiiiii orang. Cancel lagi. Jalan2 jap, pastuh g makan kt Burger King. Awal gle dinner, kol 6 ptg. Nasi lemak yg mkn tghari tuh pon x habis hadam lagi. haha. Then myself, Fared & Rad pg TS, Sg. Wang & Low Yat. Masing2 ade mende yg nak disetelkan tp Reyas, Yazid & Zahid x ikot. Dorg blk dulu. After that, Rad bley lagi join Zahid & Reyas pg OU. Aku & Fared mmg dah x larat. So ktorg x ikot. Seharian berjalan, rase nak tercabut kaki. Lenguh gle. Blk rumah tido lg best owhhh!
Lagi berape hari je lagi nak raye. So di kesempatan ini (ayt skema xD), sy ingin memohon ampun dan maaf kpd sumer yg mengenali diri ni. Andai ade tersilap kate, bahase, tingkah laku..harap dimaafkan =)
Tomorrow's the day.. early in the morning, i got PD test. FYI, 11 chapters need to be covered. (+_+!). Tensi2..after that, will proceed to BEL presentation. Just knew this morning that marks allocated for this first presentation is 40%.!! and I haven't practice my speech yet. (-_-). My powerpoint still needs some tweaks here and there. hmm
Tonight's gonna be a loooooooooooooonnnggg night. Kene study..practise lagik..iskkk..Hopefully everything goes well tomorrow.
Have you ever been on a cruise or looked at one of their brochures? To date, I’ve never been on a cruise before. But somehow, when I looked at the cruise, I can somehow think and relate it with our life. Let say you’re fortunate enough to had an opportunity to board the cruise.
You begin your journey when the ship leaves the dock and moves forward towards its destination. Along the way there is so much happening. There are so many opportunities you can experience and participate in. A romantic stroll along the deck as you look outward to the seemingly endless sea, or maybe you want to go splash around the pool, or maybe enjoy some of the fine food available to you, or maybe you'll join in some of the dancing and partying going on around you, or maybe it's evening and you feel like sitting on the balcony and looking out to the splendid moon and clear starlit sky. (Heavily influenced by Titanic =p)
There is so much for you to experience and enjoy from the moment the trip starts that before you know it, you've connected to another dock along the way. Perhaps it's a pristine beach of white sand and breathtakingly beautiful water. Perhaps it's a tropical paradise with tall trees and lush greens that house exotic and precious animals. Perhaps it's a mystical location with a spiritual history and engineering wonder that you couldn't really understand or appreciate until you've seen it with your own eyes.
There is so much that happens when this journey begins. From the moment the ship leaves the dock until the time the ship returns to its home dock, the blessings, opportunities, nourishment, love, laughter, entertainment, and experiences are abundant and immeasurable. By the end of the trip, you are sure to be happily exhausted from enjoying all the journey had to offer. You can go home content that you lived and experienced the journey to the max.
I tell you all of this because it's important to note one thing; One thing that can make or break the trip; One thing that can make or break YOUR journey.
I want you all to understand thatNONE of this could happen; not one of those magical experiences could happen if the ship didn't first LET GO of the dock. Think about it!

Free yourself from the dock. It's not holding you, you're holding it - let go now! Today is a new day! It's your day. Enjoy the trip!

The key to having the best day ever is learning how to avoid being stressed out and learning how to live with a peace of mind. The way that you can live every day stress free and with a peace of mind is by taking a proactive approach to life. For starters, every morning before your day begins you must decide that you are going to have a joyful and peaceful day no matter what. So today I want to share with you all, 3 tips that you can do to be proactive in living every day stress free and have the best day ever. The 3 tips are:
1. Love The Skin That You Are In
One reason many people are stressed out is because they are not happy with whom they are. They constantly try to change themselves into someone who they are not. In order to live stress free, recognize and appreciate all the great qualities that make you who you are. You can work on making changes to improve your health and self-image but do not focus on your faults. Learn to see yourself as the beautiful, unique person that you are. Try this exercise to help improve your self-image: Daily look in the mirror and say, "I love you (your name)" =)
2. Smile more
Another reason people are stressed out and do not have a peace of mind is because they do not smile enough. You should focus on all of the things that make you smile throughout the day instead of all of the things that makes you upset. Guess what? If you focus on all of the things that makes you smile all day long; then all day long you are smiling. Likewise, if you focus on all of the things that make you upset all day long; then you are upset and frowning all day long. Try this exercise to help you increase the number of times you smile daily: Write a list of 50 things that makes you smile. This can be a joke, the names of special people in your life, favorite places to vacation etc. Throughout the day review at least one item from off of your list and smile.
3. Say No
A major reason people are stressed out is because they over extend themselves and they do not know when to say "No". You should not live your life as a "People Pleaser" and you must know when to say "No". Use this as a reference of when to say "No": If you are able to help someone, then you should but if you are not, it is okay to say "No". Also, if saying "Yes" causes you to over extend yourself, then say "No". If you are not confident about saying "No" try this exercise: look in the mirror and practice daily saying "No" until you are able to do it firmly.
In order to have a great day you have to work at it. Some days you may wake up and have a perfect day but then there are the other days where nothing seems to go right. When the "nothing seems to go right" days approach you have to know how to respond to the people and events that poses a challenge to your peace of mind. I hope the tip helps you in your everyday life!
